Fitness Friday No4 - How to get fit for the slopes.

So we are at the start of a fresh new year. I hope everyone had a restful and relaxing time over the holidays. Most of us have plans to get fit and stay healthy each year. So hopefully the fitness Friday posts will help. Personally my mind is on skiing next month. So for all you winter sports people I will be posting some good exercises I’ve found work well, to help strengthen your knees and some good stretches to keep the aches and pains at bay.
